Originally part of a 14-acre pear orchard purchased in the mid-1970s, we began construction on Laurelwood in 1976 for the intended use of our civil engineering business - which catered to a worldwide clientele. A second building followed in 1978. And, after retiring our engineering business, we recently completed the third building in early 2002.
